Searstone

CT Wilson Construction joint ventured with Rentenbach for the multi-million-dollar Construction of this expansive retirement community in Cary, NC. The master plan for the Sears farm homestead includes multiple condominium buildings, townhomes, a medical center, and a clubhouse. Later phases will include additional condominium buildings. Rentenbach-Wilson oversaw the construction of the clubhouse and two condominium buildings: Lorraine Plaza and Calais Terrace. Lorraine plaza is a stick-built, wood-framed, two-story building abutting the large water retention pond in the center of the complex. Calais Terrace is a four-story condominium building with an underground parking garage. The clubhouse also has over forty high-end condos in addition to a pool, billiards room, ballroom, offices, spa, salon, formal and informal dining rooms, and support space. This project required multiple contractors and designers to successfully execute the master plan.
