Grey Mill Redevelopment
The Grey Hosiery Mill was built in 1915 with additions in 1919 and 1947 and is the only historic industrial building remaining in the city of Hendersonville. Thoughtful consideration was taken for the preservation of this historic building while introducing modern, energy-efficient systems to the building. The mill now boasts 35 beautiful apartments just three blocks away from downtown Hendersonville’s historic district.
