David Lee Stout, Jr.
Project Manager
In his position as Project Manager for C.T. Wilson, Dave Stout has been responsible for renovations, additions and new construction projects. He has successfully completed medical research, educational and museum projects ranging from $50,000 to $12 million. His responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, change orders, value engineering and project coordination between owner, architect and contractors.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering-Construction Option and a Master of Civil Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management both from N.C. State University. His Master's project is Emerging Technologies for Concrete and Steel Construction for the Construction Industry Institute.
