Matt Ostendorf

Project Manager

Prior to joining C.T. Wilson, Mr. Ostendorf was a project manager with Crosland Development for two years in their Triangle office. While at Crosland, Matt assisted in the project management of two mixed use developments in the Triangle region, 712 Tucker and Trinity Commons. 712 Tucker is a 179 unit urban in-fill project in downtown Raleigh, NC. Matt served as Assistant Project Manager on this project and saw it completed in 2009. Trinity Commons is a, LEED Silver, 342 unit urban in-fill project in Durham, NC located next to Duke University’s Medical Campus. Matt’s responsibilities on both of these projects included project buyout, scheduling, project coordination and budget analysis. Prior to graduate school, Matt worked for R.J. Griffin and Co. in Atlanta, GA as an assistant estimator and project engineer for two years. As a Project Manager with C.T. Wilson, Matt is currently working on the interior details of Greenbridge in Chapel Hill, a flagship green condo urban in-fill project. Matt also manages preconstruction and project management duties for other ongoing C.T. Wilson projects. Matt is committed to the Triangle and the Durham area as a great place to live and work.
