David Dunn
Project Manager
David Dunn has been a Project Manager with CT Wilson Construction since May 2005. His management experience lies primarily in technical renovations, which has included historically sensitive work, special use upfits, office space, as well as complete remodeling projects over $8,000,000. Many of these jobs required focused planning and execution for special requirements such as phasing, owner occupancy of part of the space during construction, and emergency renovations with expedited schedule.
David graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management. He is a LEED AP with an interest in sustainable building. David is an active member in the Triangle Chapter of the US Green Building Council and the Durham General Contractors Association.
