Description:

The project consists of an existing two level multiple wing building that will have partial interior demolition. New interior walls and doors will be installed. All finishes will be replaced including resilient flooring, carpet, paints, acoustical ceilings and ceramic tile. A new front storefront system will be installed on the south elevation. The existing plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems will be removed and replaced with new systems. A new backup generator and transfer switch will be installed for emergency power.
