Description:

The Delta Crown Room Club project at the RDU airport is an upfit in the recently finished Terminal 2 building. The space overlooks the concourse and will include a bar/restaurant and general lounge space. A custom look is being provided with detailed casework covered in granite countertops, custom granite, stone, and wood wall paneling, and stainless steel accent trim. The bar area has an elliptical layout of mirrored on the floor, ceiling, and bars themselves which required CT Wilson to coordinate closely with both the design team and the different trades to ensure the owner’s intent was achieved. This job has also required extensive coordination with the RDU Airport Authority and TSA for construction and material deliveries, since the airport is fully operational while construction is ongoing.
