Description:

The Hunt Dormitory Renovation project involved demolition of an existing apartment area into a dorm suite with 4 bedrooms, a common area, and a gang bathroom. Demolition of the existing finishes and PME systems were performed initially, and then the space was upfit with the new layout and systems. New windows were also installed in each bedroom to provide an emergency exit. This renovation work took place over a summer so that it would be ready for occupancy by incoming students in the fall.
