Description:

Conversion of recently completed landfill to recreational areas. Scope includes asphalt walking trails, pedestrian bridges, parking areas, picnic and bathroom area. The bathroom building is approximately 1,000 SF of polished CMU, exposed wood joists and decking and clerestory. The majority of the project is site work including mass and fine grading, retaining walls, landscaping and other site features.
