Description:

The Upper Mill Revitalization is the renovation and change of use of an existing mid-twentieth century textile mill along the Haw River. The goal is to create a mixed-use complex of both commercial and residential condominiums which will include a large multi-purpose event center, restaurant, art gallery, coffee shop, and pub. The residential phase will consist of 29 condominiums located in two historic former mill buildings. The condominiums will have historic brick and exposed timbers and modern green HVAC and electrical systems.
