Description:

Venable Shell Phase III scope included new common corridors and gang restrooms. A new opening was cut into the 18” thick demising wall to create a new atrium space with skylights, an elevator, and stairwell surrounded by 12’ glass walls that allow the natural light to flow into the office areas. C.T. Wilson installed white oak wood flooring throughout the corridors and ceramic tile at the main building entry and restrooms. The old wood columns were left existing and line the center of the corridors. Re-roofing the entire warehouse and installing new HVAC systems were also included in this phase.
