Electrical Contractor: Watson Electric Description:The Farmer’s Market Restaurant Renovation project involved demolition of the interior walls and slabs in the kitchen and bathroom area of the restaurant in order to repair or replace water damaged walls and deteriorated plumbing lines and electrical conduit. Additionally, the HVAC system required extensive renovations and repairs to bring it to current standards and create an effectively functioning system. After the new rough in was performed below the kitchen floor, a new slab was poured, which sloped to drain, and new waterproof monolithic floor and wall finishes were applied in the kitchen to allow easy cleaning and prevent future damage from moisture. The Farmer’s Market Restaurant project was a fast tracked job where CT Wilson worked onsite 7 days a week with 2 shifts for much of the project duration in order to meet the owner’s scheduling requirements. |
