Description:

This project consisted of the partial demolition of existing interior partitions, finishes and fixtures to allow for the new upfit construction of the second floor laboratory. Areas adjacent to the lab were occupied throughout construction; care was taken to minimized interference with day-to-day operations. Core drilling and utility shutdowns were scheduled after normal business hours.
