Description:

Renovation of Triangle Biotechnology Center in downtown Durham. This space was previously the Serenex Laboratory and was converted into a lab for animals that were previously housed in the old Bell Building on Duke’s Campus. The building included new electrical services, mechanical upgrades and plumbing upgrades for the new equipment. This project was an extensive laboratory renovation in a difficult shell.
