Description:

The 1st Floor Prizery project is located at the Venable Center in downtown Durham. The scope of work involved renovating the existing 1st floor into four shell office suites for future fit ups. C.T. Wilson created a common break room and conference area to serve the future suites. The old timber columns and beams remain exposed throughout the space and new hardwood floors were installed in the common areas.
