Description:

On the west side of Building Two at Golden Belt there arose a need for a campus bathroom and a connector to future upfit space. C.T. Wilson worked with Scientific Properties’ Interior Designer to create a stunning white bathroom suite with creative and interestingly complex tile products and compositions. The experience of moving from the darker hallway into these bathrooms is worth the trip to East Durham. Behind the scenes, HVAC systems anticipating future retail and restaurant use were installed in and around the bathrooms from the third floor roof. C.T. Wilson’s experience in historic renovations aided us in working with Belk Architecture to gather a team to support, install, and organize the future-use systems in an efficient and elegant way.
