Description:Perched on the third floor of the Historic Golden Belt Building 2 is a wide open gathering space that Scientific Properties wanted to turn into an exhibit space to anchor the campus as a new center for the Triangle arts community in the summer of 2008.
This project furnished HVAC for the exhibit space in such a way that future upfits could use the same units in whatever configuration was required. C. T. Wilson carpenters built linear exhibit racks for the opening exhibit showing prints from the Jacob Lawrence collection. This space has recently been renovated into the Cotton Room by another C.T. Wilson team. |
