Description:

The Durham Armory project was a renovation of the Old Armory building in Downtown Durham. Prior to the renovation this building was used as an event space for the citizens of Durham. The project included adding bathrooms to meet ADA, providing support and electrical for new HVAC work, reroofing the building and upgrading the finishes on the 2nd floor and in the back space of the 1st floor. We did not complete any work in the auditorium.
