Description:

The LL Polk House project was a historic renovation of a home originally constructed in 1892. Much of the project scope involved restoration of the original historic construction. Under construction, the interior of the home was stripped down to framing and brought up to date with modern wiring, plumbing and air conditioning. Finish work includes new construction that duplicates the techniques and appearances of the original, including plaster, faux paint, and custom woodwork.
