Description:

An existing auto parts store was completely demolished on the interior and a portion of the exterior and converted to a police sub station. The demolition package included asbestos and lead paint abatement. The new exterior consisted of new windows, storefront and masonry accent bands installed in the existing masonry. A new garage structure was added to the building. We served as a subcontractor to Skanska along with the site work, plumbing, electrical and HVAC contractors. The interior fit up consisted of bathrooms, dressing rooms, offices and laboratories. The interior was transformed into drywall partitions, carpet and/or sheet vinyl floors, acoustical ceilings and painted walls.
