Description:

This project was a historical renovation of an old office building in downtown Durham. The 2nd-6th floors were renovated as Class “B” office spaces and the 7th floor was an existing penthouse upgraded with new finishes. The electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems of the building were upgraded to meet current code. One of the existing manual elevators was replaced with a new elevator.
