Description:

The Duke Community Hospice is a new 12 bed facility designed to give patients the comfort of home feeling. Construction was metal stud framing with a brick veneer along with a shingled roof for the residential appeal. Interior finishes included carpet, ceramic tile, and painted drywall with base, chair rail and crown molding. The site work consisted of grading, new site utilities, a new parking lot and landscaping.
