Description:

The Fedex Raleigh Project was a phased renovation in an occupied building as a result of a water leak. Scope included removing/replacing drywall, new flooring, paint and acoustical ceilings. Other maintenance repairs were also made to the building and included some exterior painting, sealing and restriping the parking lot.
