Description:

Complete interior demolition of a 78,000 square foot 4 story building. Upfit of all floors including new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler and security systems. The building has numerous high end finishes, including stainless steel handrails in the atrium stair, marble floors, custom millwork, kitchen and snack bars throughout the four stories. Reworking of the existing elevators, new entrances with canopies and handicap access were included in the renovation. This was a fast track project and the owner partially occupied the upper floors seven months after demolition was started. The entire facility was occupied in nine months.
