Description:

The Chapel Hill Realty project was an office upfit in a recently completed building shell. In addition to the typical upfit scope of work (interior walls, finishes, etc…), C.T. Wilson also poured the slab and finished the interior side of the exterior walls as part of the project scope. Chapel Hill Realty’s space included offices, a kitchen/break area, and two bathrooms. The offices were finished with carpet, acoustical ceilings, and modern pendant lighting. The lobby and greeting area was done with hardwood flooring, exposed ceilings, and decorative lighting
