Description:

This project included an exterior face lift of the existing concrete panel building by removing the concrete precast panels and installing a brick and precast exterior with EIFS soffits and fascia. The building remained occupied for the entire remodel. New structural steel framing was installed on one end of the existing structure for a covered walk and seating area. The interior offices were remodeled with new carpet, paint and ceilings. A new entrance with handicap access and security controls was also a part of the project.
