Description:

C.T. Wilson was selected to provide pre-construction services and perform the general construction work for this project. C.T. Wilson worked with the owner and architect to develop the project budget and schedule during the construction phase. The construction began in October of 2006 and was completed in October, 2007. This project entailed extensive site work, an under floor HVAC system and many other innovative building technologies. This project is designed to be a LEED certified building.
