Description:

St. Paul's Lutheran Church was a two phase addition and renovation project that allowed the Church to maintain occupancy during construction. The first phase included a new parking lot, a 5,000 sf multi purpose and kitchen addition, and a two story office and classroom addition. The second phase included the renovation of the existing areas. C.T. Wilson worked with the owner and architect during the design phase to provide budgeting and schedule/phasing options. This allowed the project to move forward within the owner's budget and minimized the impact to the existing operations of the church.
