Description:

C.T. Wilson constructed a new double story classroom building. The structure consisted of steel framing, fireproofing, masonry walls, brick veneer and curtain wall. Interior finishes included VCT flooring, painted CMU walls and acoustical ceilings. The mechanical system consisted of new site chiller, AHU’s and VAV boxes in each room. There were two large gang bathrooms, lab casework in several classrooms and one two stop elevator. Classrooms were prepared with marker and tack boards, projection screens, audio visual rough consisting of data, cable and speakers. The site work included parking lots, sidewalks, a large courtyard and site amphitheatre area and a site canopy connecting to the existing building. Several existing buildings had renovations including new ceilings and fireproofing.
