Description:

This project was a renovation updating an existing laboratory. It consisted of the demolition of the existing walls, ceilings and flooring, installing new Mipolam sheet flooring and base, new HVAC and hoods for the equipment, new electrical lighting and plumbing for the added lab stations, including sinks and acid resistant piping and HEPA systems for cleaning the air. A new cold room was put in and new epoxy floors were installed in some of the testing rooms. New ceilings and wall finishes were added with the new lab casework.
