The project was carried out with a very limited schedule, which required long works hours seven days per week during much of the project. Design documents were issued as the project moved forward, and CT Wilson was directly involved in constructability and costing review. Close supervision was required to keep abreast of the latest scope additions and changes, and to ensure trades completed work properly and in a timely manner. C.T. Wilson took many special precautions to protect historic artwork and finishes during the project.
