Description:

Tise/Kiester Architects prepared a comprehensive Master Plan for the renovation and expansion of CCCH’s facilities. The Master Plan included extensive renovation of the existing sanctuary along with remodeling and renovation of the Community Building, Commons, and other existing facilities to make them more functional, accessible, sustainable (energy efficient), and more compliant with current Building Code requirements. Several additions were planned as part of the renovation work including a 775 sf Administration wing, 1700 sf of Sanctuary addition and expansion, and a future RE Pavilion addition. Major Phase implementation of the Master Plan included renovation of the sanctuary of approximately 1100 sf, renovation of portions of the existing Community Building and expansion and renovation of the current sanctuary. An Administration addition and remodeled kitchen were part of the scope of work. The construction was accomplished in several stages to accommodate on-going uses of the facilities including the existing day care program.
