Description:

Renovation involved completing the gutting of the interior of an existing 10,047 square foot office structure and constructing dialysis clinic. The clinic consisted of 26 dialysis stations, support areas for patients as well as offices and support areas for staff. Major challenges included installing complicated specialized plumbing systems and creating and maintaining an accelerated construction schedule to meet our client’s needs.
