Description:

This project involved a comprehensive renovation of Rush Hall. Renovation of a four floor dormitory and addition of an elevator tower. Renovations included new slate roofing, upgrade of fire alarm system, installation of fire sprinkler system, bathroom handicap upgrades, telecommunications and data systems and outside air ventilation system. The interior finishes were updated to include acoustical ceilings, paint and VCT flooring.
