Description:

The project consisted of a new chiller plant and renovation of an existing building on the campus of NC State University in Raleigh, NC. The work consisted of grading the site, paving, landscaping, new fencing on the exterior, new rollup doors, new interior drywall offices, millwork and painting of the structure and offices. Renovation of the existing building included new finishes, bathroom upgrades and new steps and rails for code compliance.
