Description:

C.T. Wilson Construction Company renovated the entire 4th floor in the Hospital Bed tower to create 3 new intensive care suites. The plumbing, HVAC, electrical and medical gas systems were completely replaced as well as new finishes. The project was phased to minimize the disruption to the Hospital. A new air handling unit was installed on the roof to serve portions of the 7th and 8th floors as part of this project. The final phase involved minor renovations to an ICU suite on the 2nd floor.
