C.T. Wilson was selected as the general contractor for the renovations to the former Proctor Hotel Building in downtown Greenville, N.C. C.T. Wilson Construction Company worked with the owner, architect and engineers on final design, pricing, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler and electrical contractor selection. This historic renovation project included renovating all of the interior office space and restoring the exterior of the building including a new wood storefront system to match the original storefront.
