Description:

This fit-up was about 15,000 square feet of very sophisticated lab space and the offices for personnel supporting this lab. It was constructed in an environment where the owner occupied and operated an ongoing laboratory operation. In order not to disturb the owners personnel a separate construction road and entrance was part of this project. In preparation for this work an additional parking lot was built and traffic was rerouted at the facility so that the construction personnel and the owner’s personnel did not have to intermingle.
