Description:

This project consisted of renovation of the existing front entrance and reworking the existing kitchen and eating areas, and a second floor office and conference center. The work involved new custom millwork at the reception desk with decorative exposed structural steel, metal perforated panels and 3form decorative plastic panels. The exterior face of the reception area was constructed of curved structural steel and was covered in standing seam galvanized panels. Folding partitions were installed in the training rooms and custom millwork coffee bar, dining room fixtures and bathroom tops with Corian tops were installed. The conference room consisted of custom lighting and window treatments with raised panel wood wainscot.
