Description:

C.T. Wilson worked with the owner and architect starting in the early design phase to develop the construction budget and project schedule. This former bank office building was built in 1914 and completely renovated as part of this project. The exterior terra cotta facade was also restored during the project. After the renovation work was completed the Latino Credit Union moved into the first three floors and the fourth through tenth floors were leased to office tenants.
