Description:

The work on this project consisted of fitting up a shell building which we constructed prior to and during the construction of the interior fit up. This project was a steel structure on a spread footing foundation. The skin of the project consisted of pre-cast, brick masonry and large amounts of window areas. Working with the engineers we came up with a support system that involved adding grade beams to support the slab on grade and save the owner a great deal of money that would have been involved in excavating and replacing unsuitable soil. This resulted in a substantial savings on the project.
