Description:

This project consisted of three phases totalling 38,135 SF: The Call Center, Core Building and Town Center. The Call Center structure consists of a structural steel building on ground floor serving as warehouse space. Housed directly above the warehouse space in a pre-engineered metal building is the actual Call Center consisting of offices, conference rooms and large open space for cubicles. The Call Center ties in to both existing structure and the new Core Building. The Core Building is a 2-story masonry structure that houses the elevators, restrooms and mechanical/electrical rooms. The Core Building also ties into the Town Center structure. The Town Center structure is a pre-engineered buiding housing a large break/training room as well as connector corridor. The Town Center ties into the existing office structure.
