Description:

C.T. Wilson worked with the owner and architect starting in the early design phase to develop the construction budget and project schedule. This project involved the complete renovation of a former office building. The building was actually three separate buildings that had been combined during previous renovation projects. A new decorative interior stairwell atrium with a large skylight was created in the center of the building and large areas of decorative tin ceilings were repaired on the lower floor.
