Description:

A complete renovation of an 80-year-old academic building. The existing crawl space was excavated and a full height mechanical room was installed. A mechanical mezzanine was installed in the attic area. Most interior walls were demolished and new partitions built. Existing wood floors were refinished. Other aspects included a new auditorium interior structure, exterior handicap ramp and elevator. A complete HVAC system was installed, including chilled water air condition system and hot water heating system. New bathrooms on each floor, fire protection system and new electrical systems including audio-visual components were also installed.
