Description:

Renovation of existing school house and auditorium building built in the early 1900’s. A new atrium connector was constructed between the two buildings. The auditorium and school had to be brought up to the new building codes, with new plumbing, electrical, HVAC and sprinkler systems. The auditorium area included class rooms for community services and the arts. The auditorium is being used by the Town for Concerts and various other community activities. The Class Room Building was modified to house the City Government offices including the Council Chambers and Mayors Office.
