Description:

The 15,000 square foot building was placed in a small clearing between three University buildings and a church. The site provided little storage and all deliveries were scheduled since the only entry to the project was on the main city street. Our superintendent scheduled with church activities and rush hour traffic for safety and to keep the progress of the project on schedule. The project was built with a steel structure, metal stud framing, brick veneer and a copper roofing system. The architectural design intent was to construct a building of the same time period as the existing University buildings surrounding the project. This was accomplished by using handmade brick and features consistent with the early designs. Numerous accolades have been received for the successful achievement of the design.
